What is the agency fee?+

Sales: typically 5% of sale price (negotiable for high-value properties). Lettings: typically 10% of first year's rent.

Do you take exclusive mandates only?+

We prefer them — exclusive mandates get our full attention. Multi-agent listings are accepted on selected properties.

How long until my property sells?+

Properly priced, well-presented properties typically transact within 60–120 days. We give you a realistic timeline upfront.

Will you handle the title transfer?+

We coordinate it — the actual title work is done by your solicitor. We work with several reliable property solicitors if you need a referral.

About fees

Agency fees are commission-based — you only pay if we transact. Marketing costs may apply for premium listings (always agreed in writing first).
