Property Management
End-to-end management of your investment property — so you collect rent, not headaches
Owning rental property should be income — not a part-time job. We handle every operational detail so you receive predictable rent, well-maintained property, and clear quarterly accounts.
Whether you own a single flat let to a tenant in Enugu while you live in Lagos, or a portfolio of dozens of units across the country, the day-to-day reality of property ownership is the same: tenants need vetting, leases need administering, rent needs collecting, repairs need coordinating, and accounts need reconciling.
When you appoint us as your managing agent, every one of those moving parts becomes our responsibility. You get the rent, the reports and the peace of mind. We get the calls at 9pm about the leaking tap.
We manage residential, commercial and mixed-use properties on terms that suit you — full management, lettings-only, or rent collection. There is no minimum portfolio size; we look after single units as carefully as multi-block estates.
