Questions clients ask
What's the minimum portfolio size?+
No minimum. We work with single-property investors right up to multi-billion-naira portfolios.
Will you recommend specific properties to buy?+
Only after due diligence. We never recommend a property we haven't inspected and modelled.
Do you take commissions from sellers?+
No — that would compromise our independence. We charge fees direct to clients.
How is this different from agency?+
Agency is transactional; advisory is strategic. The two can complement each other but we keep them separate to avoid conflicts.
About fees
Advisory work is charged either as a fixed-scope fee or a periodic retainer. We will scope clearly and quote in writing before any work starts.
