Valuation for All Purposes
Independent property valuations that hold up before banks, courts, and regulators
A property valuation tells you, in writing and on paper that holds up in court, what your property is actually worth — today, in this market, for the specific purpose you need it for.
Property valuation is the art and science of estimating the market value of a property based on careful analysis of evidence — comparable sales, rental yields, replacement cost, location and condition.
A valuation report from a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer carries professional weight. It is the document banks rely on to approve mortgages, that the courts accept in disputes, that the Federal Inland Revenue Service uses for tax assessments, and that auditors require for IFRS-compliant financial reports.
Every valuation we deliver is independent — meaning the value reflects the evidence, not the wishes of the party paying for it. That independence is what gives the report its weight.
