A consultation is exactly that. You bring your property question — should I buy this, should I sell now, how do I deal with this difficult tenant, what should I build on this land, is this rental fair — and we talk it through together.
You'll leave with a clear view of your options, the trade-offs, and a recommendation grounded in real market evidence. If a fuller engagement is needed afterwards, we'll tell you. If not, we'll tell you that too.
Consultations are typically 45 minutes, conducted in our office or by video call. The fee is fixed and paid upfront — no hourly billing surprises.

How much does a consultation cost?+
A flat fee of ₦15,000 for a 45-minute session. Paid upfront via Paystack.
Can I do it by video?+
Yes — video calls are fully supported. We send a meeting link in the confirmation email.
Can I reschedule?+
Yes — just reply to the confirmation email at least 24 hours before. We don't charge for rescheduling.
What if I need more than 45 minutes?+
You can book back-to-back slots. Or after the first one we may agree on a fuller engagement.
About fees
